Description

Papa-Alpha rigging tools are essential for ensuring that flight controls remain neutral, promoting safe and responsive handling. Proper rigging keeps control surfaces like ailerons, rudders, and elevators aligned and balanced, preventing unwanted deflections that can compromise aircraft stability. Our tools are crafted with CAD and CNC routing of aircraft-grade aluminum, powder coated, and UV printed for reduced weight, durability, and precision. Papa Alpha Aileron-Flap Rigging Tool Designed to precisely set the alignment between the aileron and flap on select Piper aircraft, this tool ensures the control surfaces are in their neutral position per factory spec. Built using critical dimensions from original Piper drawings, we’ve refined the design with CNC-machined aircraft-grade aluminum and a durable powder-coated finish.
