Always Hangared. Decided to rent out simulator time vs aircraft rentals. Aircraft is in great shape and operates out of grass strip in the summer with no issues.

Useful load will most likely increase from 418 to 528 this summer when MOSAIC goes into affect. It might increase even more depending on the rules.
