No additional maintenance should be needed for the foreseeable future, and all required annuals and inspections have been completed, including the expensive seat-railing AD accomplished at the November, 2025 annual.

All cylinders replaced in the last year and a half. Cylinders #5 and #6 were at 66, so they just replaced them all for a fresh reset. Low time on the engine with a lot of time left on TBO. The XP's horsepower makes this plane perfect for high density altitude airports.

The STOL kit results in very gentle stall characteristics and shorter takeoff and landing. The engine heater is great for colder climates.

Maintenance

Complete logs. The plane has a clean accident/incident history according to Aviation DB. Prior to my purchase in December, 2024, this aircraft was acquired in March of 2023 by a Cirrus dealership, Millennial Technologies, based in FLL after the previous owner had a "hard landing" in January 2022 (all details in maintenance logs) and this dealer bought it to overhaul after the previous owner settled for an insurance claim. As a result of that landing, they replaced the firewall, and during that repair, they rebuilt and replaced most parts which is why it is extremely clean. This aircraft has never been used for flight training. The plane got a fresh paint job in 2024. The interior is original, but as you can see in the pictures, the leather is in amazing shape and very clean. New Instrument panel with room for expansion of the GPS up to a 750 if desired. New interior carpet. New front windshield. STOL kit. Detailed inside and out November 2025. It is spotless!
