Beautiful low time, very well maintained and documented 1951 Cessna 170A. Freshly overhauled C-145 engine by a very reputable and well known engine shop. It is NOT a field overhaul but a no shortcut, complete zero since major overhaul. Complete original logs since new. NDH except for a very minor lower rudder incident occurring when the the tailwheel spring broke as the aircraft was being towed into a hangar. All 170s have it and most owners would have never fixed it. I had it professionally repaired. Well documented and I have the damaged and repaired pix. Original metal wheelpants, a rare and expensive extra. Solid axles, Rosen visors, pilot and co-pilot inertial reel shoulder harnesses. Cessna STC secondary pilot seat stop installed. BAS tail pulls. LED nav lights and beacon. Strobe lights. One piece tinted windshield and windows. Cleveland brakes and wheels. Brackett air filter, recent 406 ELT. Scott 3200 tailwheel. SkyTec starter and Hartzel alternator.

Engine

C-145 engine freshly overhauled by a very well known and reputable engine shop. Not a field overhaul. Comes as a zero time since major overhaul. All parts documented. A SkyTec starter with push button start was installed at the overhaul so no metal shavings in the engine. It is equipped with the Hartzel alternator. Overhaul cost in the mid 40s. I am just finishing up the careful break-in process which has gone well. The engine has a JPI EDM 700 6-cylinder EGT/CHT system. Runs very smooth and all temperatures are great.

Avionics

Stratus ESGi transponder with ADS-B in and out. Talks to your ipad giving you waas gps positioning on your moving map. Also displays and aurally warns of airborne traffic.

Narco Mk 12D nav/com

I was about to upgrade some flight instruments and avionics when I received some good advice telling me that what ever I upgraded may not be the new owners desired equipment. And they will not want to pay full price for the new equipment. So I will let you do it instead if desired.
