Detailed Description

An exceptional V-tail Bonanza with beautiful paint, modern Garmin avionics, and an extensive list of upgrades. This aircraft has been a personal project for its owner, with considerable attention devoted to its appearance, systems, and mechanical condition.

The 260-horsepower Continental IO-470-C has 294 hours since a Penn Yan overhaul completed in 2006, with all cylinders replaced in 2023. Additional improvements include a Sky-Tec starter, Plane-Power alternator conversion, D'Shannon engine baffling, new spark plugs and ignition wires, new fuel and oil lines, a new fuel pump, and new exhaust.

The panel was upgraded in 2020 and features a Garmin G3X Touch with engine monitoring, dual Garmin GNS 430W navigators, and an S-TEC System 30 autopilot with altitude hold and GPSS steering. Additional equipment includes an Appareo Stratus ES transponder, ADS-B Out, a panel-mounted iPad Mini, and LEMO headset connections.

Stripped and painted by Murmer Aircraft in 2021, the aircraft presents beautifully and features a comfortable four-seat leather interior. New fuel bladders and CIES fuel sending units complement the Brittain tip tanks, providing a reported 94 gallons of usable fuel for added range and flexibility.

Other improvements include a Door Steward STC, replacement pilot-side window, new tires and tubes, overhauled fuel caps with new blue gaskets, and a replacement battery. The landing gear was also removed and serviced during ownership.

With 4,306 hours total airframe time and complete logs, this V-tail offers a compelling combination of classic Bonanza styling, upgraded avionics, and extensive owner investment. The most recent annual inspection listed was completed in September 2024.

Aircraft experienced a tow-bar incident in 2026. Prop replaced and IRAN on engine.
