• Posting here again because I’d like this airplane to go to someone local who keeps it on the leaseback at Harmony Air here in Nashville, TN. I’m moving up to a 22T and my co-owner is stepping out too, so we’re selling the whole airplane. (If you saw my earlier post about a 50% share, that’s off the table now.)
• Why $525K?
• The price covers the whole package, not just the airframe: a hangar at KJWN, an established leaseback with Harmony handling scheduling, rentals, and maintenance, and rental history and PnLs going back to May 2025 that you can underwrite. Take it over and it’s earning from day one. If you want the airplane to base somewhere else, reach out anyway, but local leaseback buyers get first look.
