• N22821 is an affordable and economical airplane that would make an excellent trainer, time builder, or $100 hamburger machine. Simple to own and operate, this aircraft offers an inexpensive way to get in the air and build time while enjoying classic general aviation flying.
• The aircraft is in very nice condition and shows incredibly well, with both the paint and interior rating an impressive 8 out of 10. The current owner takes exceptional pride in the appearance and care of his aircraft, and it shows throughout N22821.
• That same level of ownership is evident in his other two classic taildraggers we are currently representing-both of which are truly museum-quality examples. N22821 has clearly benefited from an owner who appreciates well-kept, great-looking airplanes.
