Low time, electric retractable gear Mooney with all the Lasar/Lake Arrow 201 speed mods including wind screen, cowl, wing tips, one piece belly, flap gap seals, speed fairings, etc. Other upgrades include 3 blade McCauley prop, standby vacuum system, fuel bladder cells, Aero Trim aileron, wheel well liners, shoulder seat belts, rear seats radio plugs. Uavionix tail beacon (ADS-B out), GAMI injectors, JPI EDM engine monitor, and engine heater for cold climates. Always hangered: dry Phoenix (KDVT) climate last 26 years.
