1981 Cessna 182 turbo

Description

• I bought this plane so my son could get his Instrument endorsement and his commercial endorsement for the summer break during college. Now that he has finished I am selling the plane. Plane has been flown almost daily since purchased in February.
• SN # 18267819
• Plane is factory corrosion proofed by Cessna with Zinc Chromate primer (green inside wings). Has factory Oxygen tank and used to have Air-conditioning, but it was removed. Plumbing is still there for it.
• Plane sale will go through escrow service split 50/50 since plane has loan on it. Plane is based at KSAC in shade hanger.
• Aircraft has more useful load than the newer T182's by about 150 lbs. That's 25 gallons of gas or almost 2 hours of additional time in the air. at 14,000 feet and get 150 kts at 13.5 GPH. If you go all the way up to FL200, the plane will still get 76% HP and you would get 159 KTS on 14.5 GPH.
