This is Butterscotch. She looks like a diner dessert and she will ruin you for every beat-up 172 you’ve ever rented.

1940+ hours (still flying). Since new. Top overhaul and prop. Most airplanes this old have been rode hard, put away wet, and used as a floating classroom. This one was hangared like somebody actually liked her. No damage history. Complete logs. Still flying. Still cheap.

She’s a ’63 with an O-300 that drinks like a nun and an interior that tells the truth. Paint’s a six. Cabin’s a three. New carpet, old soul. We didn’t hide it under Instagram filters. You want pretty, buy a Cirrus and a second mortgage.
