Description
FOR SALE 1969 AA1 Yankee SN0264, 316 HRS TTSN one owner. Comes with original engine (less 3 cylinder) crank case, camshaft and crankshaft have been inspected and certified, one additional engine (shown) is complete minus some accessories. Freshly rebuilt carburetor, extra seats, ailerons etc etc etc.
My brother and I flew this Aircraft for a few years in the 70s and then we put it in storage. My family was a large American AVIATION/Grumman dealer and this was the last Yankee my Dad bought from the factory prior to the
AA1-A models (Trainers not Yankees) being introduced.
I have far too many projects to complete what I started almost 10 years ago.
This Aircraft will be truly a one-of-a-kind lowest total time Yankee on earth when completed.
