1954 E35 V-tail Bonanza. N3523B. E225-8 engine 684SMOH Airframe 4486TT. Last annual Oct 2024. All AD’s complied with during last annual. All paper logbooks since new. Full paint job June 2024 by Hangar 360. No corrosion and good ruddervators. Interior still needs updating. Gear up landing October 2024 and it’s been sitting in the hangar ever since. Crank has not been dialed. Gear doors and prop were damaged. I have spare gear doors and spare electric prop. They have not been installed. D’Shannon tip tanks, 10gal rear aux tank, LED landing light, Speed Slope windshield, dual control yoke, all new tires, Cleveland wheels and brakes, Walker Air Skeg “rain gutters”, all glass in good shape was replaced in 1996, Century IIB autopilot, SL40, GEM 602 engine monitor.
