This 170 has one of the highest useful loads I have found without major modification. If so, here is N3444D; a beautiful example from late 1955 of the best of the 170's. This airplane turns heads on the ramp with a beautiful paint scheme and large tires affixed to upgraded landing gear. Stepping inside, you will find a back country interior with no heavy side panels while still providing all the modern tools you could need to safely operate in challenging environments. This aircraft will not be around long, someone is going to find their forever plane with this classic 170B!
