Description

This 1961 Beechcraft A33 Debonair (S/N CD-240) pairs a classic straight-tail Beech airframe with a fully modernized Garmin panel. It has 4,867 hours total time and complete airframe logbooks back to its original 1960 airworthiness certificate. Power comes from a Powermaster-overhauled Continental IO-470 with new Superior Millennium steel cylinders and only 397 hours since major overhaul. It has a new three-blade Hartzell propeller with a new governor, installed in June 2025 and now at 26.8 hours. The IFR panel combines a GFC 500 digital autopilot with electronic stability and protection, dual Garmin G5 attitude and HSI displays, a GNX 375 GPS with ADS-B In and Out, a GTR 225 com, a KX 155 nav/com, and a JPI EDM-930 engine monitor. Other features include gray leather seating with the embroidered Beechcraft logo, a one-piece sloped windshield, auxiliary fuel tanks, Cleveland wheels and brakes, a standby vacuum system, and a Plane Power alternator. Damage history includes a 2023 gear-up landing, repaired and documented on an FAA Form 337; WesternSkyways then performed a full prop-strike inspection, and the aircraft returned to service in June 2025. Annual inspection completed in September 2026.
