N3632J Purchase

• I purchased N3632J, a Cessna 150G, from a flying friend of mine in December 2020. Therefore, I had some history about the plane. Except in its early years, the plane has not been subjected to the heavy and high usage experienced in flight schools. Total time on aircraft is 5080 hours and 524 hours on the engine. The last annual was completed in March 2026. The last compression check done in June 2026 reported the following compressions: #1 76/80, #2 76/80, #3 78/80, #4 78/80. Since I purchased the plane, it spent 4 years in a heated hangar in Maine. The last two year the plane spent the winters in Florida and the summer in Maine. It currently is hangered in Maine. I would rate the exterior as an 8 to 9 having been repainted in 2018. I upgraded the interior with reupholstered seats and new carpets. The interior plastic for the most part is in good condition with a few minor cracks. The plane is equipped as follows:
