This is a beautiful well kept 182 and ready to just go flying with lots of room for passengers or cargo to take off somewhere for the weekend as you will see in the picture, don't want to sell the plane but just don't have the time for it and I don't want it just sitting there it's to nice of a plane and should go to someone else that can enjoy it and keep it flying more than I can. I'm well aware of the out of date dash in it and that it would need an upgrade for ADS-B but that is why it is priced accordingly the hours will go up but not much because we still take her up when we have time and it has always been in a hanger , you will not be disappointed with this aircraft thank you for looking
