Detailed Description

This is a unique opportunity to acquire N36AJ, a meticulously maintained, one-owner 1992 Beechcraft Bonanza B36TC with exceptionally low airframe time: 1,302 hours total. The engine has 163 hours since its 2021 overhaul to factory standards by Certified Engines Unlimited, Inc. A new propeller was installed at the same time. The logbooks have been digitized by Crew Chief Systems, and, according to its Director of Customer Service, “this aircraft has the best logbooks I’ve ever seen for a piston-engine aircraft.” The aircraft was also appraised by Paul Irvin of the Professional Aircraft Appraisal Organization (PAAO) as part of its preparation for the market.
