Detailed Description

2020 Western Skyways Engine (~810 SMOH), Garmin GNS-430W WAAS, S-TEC System 55 Autopilot w/ Yaw Damper, ADS-B Out, Fresh Annual 8/2026.

If you've been looking for an honest, IFR-ready V-tail Bonanza with the expensive item already handled, this is it. This 1960 Beechcraft M35 has 7,457 hours total time and a fuel-injected Continental IO-470-C that was overhauled by Western Skyways in May 2020 and installed that June, with about 810 hours on it since. The McCauley prop was overhauled the same spring and carries matching time. The owner flies it regularly, so times will keep climbing, and that's a good thing: you're not buying a hangar queen.

The V35's earlier sibling, the M35 gives you that iconic V-tail ramp presence, real cross-country speed on sensible fuel, and Beechcraft build quality that keeps these airplanes working decades later.

N7747B had a gear-up landing in December 2019. It was professionally repaired and returned to service, the logbooks document the work, and the engine and propeller were both overhauled in spring 2020 before it went back to flying. It has passed every annual since. Priced accordingly.

Hangared at Ellington Field (KEFD), Houston, TX. Offered by the seller on behalf of the owner. Logbooks and additional photos ready to share: or , and we'll give you straight answers.
