A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no signs of any damage or repairs. The original logbooks from 1980-March 2001 were lost in a documented airport building fire at William Tuck Airport on March 5, 2001. Logs were accurately reconstructed from maintenance records. Fire department statement included and signed by the Fire Chief. From 2001 to present, all logs are complete and up to date.

Aircraft made a precautionary landing on a dry lake bed. Reason for landing undocumented. Upon departure the nose wheel shimmied and buckled causing minor damage to nose wheel. Repaired and returned to service per 14 CFR 43.9 FAA Report # 19820822050639I
