Detailed Description

Excellent IFR, commercial training, & time building aircraft. Garmin G5, G430W, GTX-327 transponder. Uavionix Skybeacon wingtip ADS-B in & out/strobes/nav lights.

Owners both recently completed extensive IFR & commercial training, and check rides in this superb aircraft. Fuel efficient excellent long cross country family plane.

Beechcraft's (now Textron Aviation) solid quality design, engineering, manufacture, and support realized throughout this aircraft..

Best range 565 NM. Best cruise 116 KIAS with comfortable 9.5 GPH fuel burn and 57 gallon usable fuel capacity.

Relatively spacious, wide cockpit, w/ elbow room. Dual entry doors (LH pilot side door plus RH copilot side door). Large rear baggage door. Good views through windows forward and also downward views in front of wings.

Service ceiling 12,600 ft MSL. Useful load is 895 lbs. per 12/2022 W&B.

Lycoming 180 HP O-360-A4K engine was OH 2/1992, with now 1239 hrs SMOH vs. 2000 hrs OH recommended. Annual 10/2025. Good compressions.
