Left Engine - Overhaul‑Level Teardown

The left TSIO‑520‑NB engine received a complete teardown and inspection to Continental Overhaul Standards following metal contamination. The bottom end was rebuilt with a recertified crankshaft, new camshaft and gear, and new main and rod bearings. The cylinders were topped and reassembled with new pistons and piston rings, and the engine was installed with overhauled Turbocharger, Wastegate, Variable Pressure Controller, Propeller Governor, and Oil Cooler.

With renewal of all major bottom‑end components, fresh cylinder assemblies and overhauled accessories, this engine is as close to a full overhaul as possible-delivering overhauled engine reliability.
