Extensive maintenance history with complete and organized logbooks. Major landing gear and gearbox/actuator work completed, along with numerous other recent maintenance items.
Engine
Continental IO-520 engines. Left engine has approximately 1,288 SMOH with approximately 124 hours since top overhaul. Right engine has approximately 850 SMOH. Both Hartzell propellers were overhauled on 6/23/2011 and have approximately 1,000 hours SPOH. Air conditioning installed under STC. Left fuel cell replaced. Recent right throttle cable replacement. Extensive recent engine, propeller, and airframe maintenance.

Garmin GTN 750 and GTN 650, GTX 345 ADS-B, JPI EDM-900 engine monitor, King autopilot, and air conditioning. Excellent 1,579 lb useful load.
Left engine approximately 1,143 SMOH with top overhaul completed in 2024. Right engine approximately 944 SMOH.
Extensive recent maintenance includes major landing gear and gearbox work, left fuel cell replacement, right throttle cable replacement, brake master cylinders, cabin heat system work, and numerous other items. Complete logs and comprehensive maintenance documentation.
