• only 18 H fly time
• Needs Maintenance before it can fly
• Most of the part being purchased already and comes with it
• Remove oil bath
• Obtain and install Cog belt drive system with tensioner
• Remove secondary unit
• Send secondary unit off to be overhauled with 35 mm shaft
• Reinstall secondary
• Replace all rubber hoses (Fuel lines, coolant hoses, oil hoses)
• Replace all belts (Main Drive, alternator, countershaft and tail rotor)
• Remove and finish the tub split mod
• Remove battery, make spacers and reinstall new smaller AGM battery
• Clean and reinstall radiator
• Clean and reinstall exhaust muffler and pipe
• Drain coolant and oil
• Drain out any gas and replace with fresh gas
• Buy and install updated oil dipstick with oil drain hose
• Remove old fuel filter and install new fuel filter
• Remove old oil filter and install new oil filter and add new oil
• Install new coolant after new hoses and overflow tank installed
• Install new rotorhead pitch links
• Remove old thermostat and install new thermostat
• Install exterior power
• Inspect exhaust wrap and ensure security and sealing with hi temp paint
• Install new beacon with switch
• Install transponder with mode C and antennae
• Install ADSB
• Install night nav lights and landing light and switch
• Replace Apollo Radio with used King 97A digital radio and 2 place intercom
• Go over wiring and install stand offs where needed
• Go over all hoses , cables and install abrasion protection where needed
• Examine all bearings for signs of rust and replace as needed
