PITTS SIS 1978 experimental ,airworthy with fresh annual. Lycoming 180 HP TT 245 hrs Engine O-360-A1G6 TTSN 245hrs ,2hrs SMOH by Flugmotoren Dachsel GmbH, Bendix PS5 2hrs SOH rebuild by Mike;s Fuel Tulsa . New fabric by Oratex,GT 3 Blade Composite Prop, and,Sensenich 76EM8-0-56. Christen Inverted Oil System,, Smoke System (smoke tank can be used for ferry flights) Factory spring gear and Heigh tailwheel ,aileron spades, Lexan floor & panels, Starter,Battery system and external (no alternator), ICOM IC-A25NE Radio, Transponder TRIG TT22,Encoding ADS-B, CHT/EGT, Hooker ratchet lap belts ,Safety Chute .All Log Books and receipts Since New.History: Built 1978 by Jim ClevengerN.C. USA with Pitts factory parts (receipts available) and registered as N5JC . Was shipped in 1981 to Greece ,reg. SX-AKX and used for intermediate aerobatics and airshows .Never overstressed or exceeded +6, -4 . It was stored since 1994 and totally rebuild in 2021 by FAA A/P mechanic. Reregistered in FAA as N56KL experimental category.Restoration: Plane was completely dismantled in 2021 , and a ground up restoration was performed. Fuselage was inspected , primed and repainted . All hardware was replaced with AN aviation quality parts. All fuel and oil hoses were refabricated and replaced . Wings , Tail section and flight controls were stripped ,inspected by and recovered professionally by Oratex personel specialist. Rib caps were installed on wings , tail section and flight controls and recovery was performed without rib stitching , resulting a very smooth surface. All work is documented with 900 photos and receipts.Powerplant : Engine was overhauled by Flugmotoren Dachsel GmbH and though the aircraft is registered in the experimental category all Ads were coplied with. All engine and test run records are available.Instrumentation: Magnetic compass (calibrated) Airspeed indicator( was replaced and Pitot-Static system was professionally tested.)
