Description

Airplane, Lancair 4 project for sale as is. Non pressurized. looking for reasonable offers. All wiring, hydraulics and Avionics Newly installed. Dual Garmin G3X ,G5, Garmin GPS 750, Garmin 507 Autopilot, ADSB in and out. Wiring harness made by Stien Air. New tires and brakes. New Propeller, MT 4 blade (not installed.) new MT prop governor. Motor Continental TSIO 550, has 70 Hrs, turbos newly overhauled. Remote oil filter Updated nose gear hard ware. All hydraulic actuators are new or overhauled. New hydraulic pump and fuel pump, Landing gear is functional. Speed brakes. new electric 24 volt AC. ( Wiring installed but AC its self is Not installed). New dual alternators. Paint is 9.5 out of 10 full interior tan leather 8 out of 10. Airplane has never flown But allays hanger kept. It was taxied in 2004 with a LS motor. Over the last 3 years I removed the LS motor all wiring. I have done all the above including everything firewall forward. Just not in a position to finish it. I have spent $240,000 on this project and am willing to take a hit to pass it on to some one capable of finishing It. Wings are not installed to make it easier to transport to you location.
