Due to time constraints, I am selling my 41,15% share in a well-established, uncomplicated, and absolutely reliable aircraft ownership group (GbR). The aircraft is perfect for day trips, cross-country flights, or maintaining your pilot’s license. It is based in Jesenwang (EDMJ) with year-round hangar space, as well as an alternate hangar in Thannhausen (EDNU).

Availability of the aircraft is excellent thanks to the small group of just three owners. Coordination is straightforward.

Remarks

The purchase price already fully includes the owner’s share of the well-funded maintenance reserve (Engine/Avionics Reserve) for future overhauls. Running costs are transparently divided by 3.

Terms of the Co-ownership Group

The two remaining co-owners are experienced, prudent pilots (flight instructors) and place great importance on safe flight operations and a proper handover of the aircraft. A personal meeting prior to the purchase is strongly encouraged and a prerequisite for the group’s approval.
