Sadly selling bc I failed to receive a special issuance medical to fly

Please message me any questions. No missing parts, even includes wing extensions and tires. Needs a motor, paint, the elevators and ailerons balanced, the flight controls and seats adjusted for your height, a front panel, and all instruments. Stored indoors for all it’s life, I’m not the first owner but have photos of all previous work and all original assembly manuals.

This is kit number 661, tricycle gear (FT), it was originally purchased in December 1984, some pieces were purchased in later years by the original builder. I bought the kit spring 2024 and believe I am the 4th owner, the first owner was an an engineer (aerospace if I remember correctly) and did 99% of the work thus far. The second owner didn’t do much, and the owner before me did the interior (seats, upholstery, behind seats storage compartments, etc). I repaired a small non structural hole in the wing with all work documented with photos. I also spent the last year researching and building a workshop hangar to do full assembly of the kit. The wing is now stored in this hangar and the fuselage in my garage.
