New Glasair III for sale!

The engine is built from an IO-540AE2A core with the turbocharger removed and new 8.7:1 NIC3 Continental cylinders installed. The larger oil cooler has been retained. It has a Airflow Performance fuel injector overhauled as Experimental with the remaining fuel system being certified. Standard Glasair III prop. The engine has not been dyno'd but the plane flies like a stock 300 HP Glasair III.

Extended main tanks- 62 gallons in the wings, currently flying with dry wingtip extensions. Short tips also included. 8 gallon header tank with upgraded Andair fuel selector valve.

The panel is built by Stein Air featuring dual G3X, Garmin 650xi, hard wired Garmin 796 and electrically actuated window defroster.

The interior features hand stitched tan and red marine-grade vinyl seat cushions. There is a small reinforced shelf behind the seats.

Built by an engineer over 20+ years, this is one of the nicest builds I've seen with total attention to detail even inside the wheel wells.

CFI with 2000 hours in type available for training/delivery. Hangered near Albany NY.
