Factory-built 2015 Van's RV-12 S-LSA, serial 12057. 937 hours total time. Genuine factory-built Special Light-Sport Aircraft, never converted to E-LSA. Always hangared and privately operated, with no flight-school or rental use. Fresh annual condition inspection completed September 3, 2026. Current owner since 2019. Complete airframe logs and exceptionally extensive supporting records.

Engine

Rotax 912 ULS, 100 hp, original engine, 937 hours since new. September 2026 compression readings: 78/80, 78/80, 79/80, 79/80. Fresh oil and filter, new spark plugs and exhaust springs at the September 2026 condition inspection. Permanently installed Tanis engine preheat system, properly documented and incorporated into the aircraft weight and balance. Sensenich 2A0R5 two-blade composite ground-adjustable propeller, original to the aircraft, 937 hours since new.
