N256MA, Lancair IV-P Serial Number LIV-461, is one of the most refined examples of this model of aircraft. The aircraft experienced the best of Central Oregon build experiences, and the quality of build shows throughout. The aircraft was built in Bend, Oregon with assistance and oversight by Lancair personnel, and finished in the highest quality materials and processes available. The aircraft has been hangered continuously in the low-humidity high desert environment of Bend since new. Attention to detail is seen in the lasting luster of the finishes. The aircraft is fully turn-key and ready to relocate to a new, equally professional home. Eligible for BRS and AC as desired following purchase.

Since first issuance of airworthiness in May of 2002, the airplane has been operated and maintained at the highest levels for Lancair IV-P aircraft. Wing incidence has been adjusted for excellent hands-off straight flight. All maintenance has been performed with excellence and safety of flight.

Engine

TSIO 550E3B 350HP Continental Engine. Engine was installed new when the aircraft was originally built. Runs excellent and produces great power lean of peak.
