About the A35

The Beech A35 is an American single-engined, low-wing monoplane developed by Beech Aircraft Corporation. Known for its distinctive V-tail configuration and retractable landing gear, it accommodates four occupants and serves the general aviation market for personal transport and touring.

Engineered immediately following the conclusion of the Second World War, the prototype made its maiden flight in December nineteen forty-five. It broke away from traditional wood-and-fabric construction by utilizing an all-aluminum structure. The family eventually expanded into conventional-tail versions and stretched variants, becoming one of the longest-produced light aircraft lines in aviation history.
